We do not require you to book an appointment to collect your lenses.
To avoid delay when you arrive, we would suggest that you avoid the hours of 12pm-2pm.

If you are collecting lenses from Sale, we would recommend parking at any of the following places:

Parking is payable on-site from the ticketed machines. They accept cash and card (not contactless via apple or android currently).Tesco

Free parking for 2 hours as long as you purchase something from Tesco. You can also download the Horizon Parking App to pay for parking remotely.The Square Car Park

Pay on exit via the ground floor or level 5.If you are collecting from Poynton you can park at Waitrose free of charge (short stay), or with a ticket in the long stay spaces.
