EYEWEAR
An eye examination forms part of the overall process in getting the perfect lenses and frames that not only look good, but give you the best possible vision. That’s why we strongly advise against having an eye test somewhere different than where you choose your glasses. Instead, we recommend choosing a practice that can look after both your ocular health and vision needs.

This is in line with the recommendations from The College of Optometrists.

EYE EXAMINATION
We welcome anyone who wants their ocular health checking, and our expert Optometrists are there to ensure you are well looked after. So even if you do not need spectacles, we advise regular eye checks.

We ask lots of questions about your eyewear before, during and after your eye examination. This helps us guide you to the very best eyewear for you as an individual, and lets us choose the best lenses for your needs.
Our practices stock some of the latest eyewear from independent manufacturers. We aim to choose smaller designers who do their own manufacturing where possible - so you can be sure you are getting incredible quality and craftmanship.
Our frames range from £100 to £550.
We understand that new eyewear (especially high quality eyewear) can be expensive. They are also used for around 2 years in most cases. That's why we now offer interest free payments, spread over 10 months. That way, you can enjoy the very best without the upfront costs involved.
Due to the way we process these payments, there is no impact on your credit score.
As an independent, we have access to pretty much any lens in the world. We specialise in the latest technology used to provide the clearest vision, and offer the very best in light protection technology.
Our single vision lenses range from £149 to £349*. Our varifocals range from £299 to £599*.
Additional options such as transitions are available on most lenses for an additional cost.
We recommend allowing around 1.5 hours for your appointment. This allows time for the eye examination and time to discuss your eyewear needs with our Dispensing Opticians if needed.
