Thank you for supporting independent Optometry.

A few things to get you ready for your appointment

Prescriptions

Why we strongly recommend having your eye examination where you intend on purchasing your eyewear.

An eye examination forms only part of the overall process involved in creating lenses for your vision.

The prescription directly correlates with the information obtained in the consulting room. Therefore having glasses produced elsewhere is unlikely to give optimal results.

Instead, having your eye examination at the practice that also dispenses your spectacles allows for bespoke measurements, lifestyle questionnaires and tailor made recommendations between the Optometrist and Dispensing team - this is extremely important in producing the best visual outcome for your eyewear.

That’s why we strongly recommend having an eye examination where you intend on purchasing spectacles.

  • Enhanced Eye Examinations

Our appointment times are much longer than the average UK eye examination. We use medical grade technology to examine the eyes, and all of our clinicians are experienced and highly qualified.

  • Unique Eyewear

We source some incredible and unique eyewear from around the world. Eyewear from smaller designers that you won’t find at your high street Optician. We also aim to find designers that make all of their frames by hand, in house. So you can be sure that you are getting exceptional quality.

Our frames range from £100 to £550, which can be spread over 10 months on our direct debit care plan.

  • Exceptional Quality Lenses

A prescription is only part of the process involved with giving you the very best vision. That’s why we have teamed up with two incredible manufacturers of high quality lenses; Hoya and Tokai. Our top of the line bespoke range gives an incredible field of view in both single vision and varifocal lenses, and is available in the thinnest plastic material in the world (not available in most Opticians).

Our coated single vision lenses range from £129 to £599. Our varifocals range from £299 to £849. As with our frames, this can be spread over 10 months on our direct debit care plan.

  • Interest Free Payments

We understand that new eyewear (especially high quality eyewear) can be expensive. They are also used for around 2 years in most cases. That's why we now offer interest free payments, spread over 10 months. That way, you can enjoy the very best without the upfront costs involved.

Due to the way we process these payments, there is no impact on your credit score.

We look forward to seeing you for your appointment!
